    How are we protecting and supporting our staff, our customers and our partners?

    We want to assure all our customers and partners that we continue to follow all the recommendations and guidelines to keep our staff and you, safe. We have a multitude of measures in place for staff such as working from home, working on split shifts etc. to minimise contact.

    For the time being, our technical sales team are practicing social distancing and WON’T be making their usual sales visits unless absolutely necessary for technical support, and with prior agreement from both companies. This is for your protection, theirs and the protection of the wider population – we strongly feel this is the right thing to do.

    However, we’re doing everything in our power to ensure it’s business as usual wherever possible for our customers. So, you can still place orders via our customer service centre – simply call 01422 364 213 and press 1 for dental and 2 for foundry. Or you can contact your usual technical sales representative on their mobile or by email.

    Deliveries are currently going out as normal, and we’re continuing to manufacture our own-brand John Winter products in the usual way.

    If anything is set to change in the future, we promise to continue to communicate with you in the same open and honest manner. We’re here to help in any way we can, so please get in touch if you need us.
