We have appointed an import and export coordinator, giving our leading UK foundry a dedicated customer representative as sales continue to grow.
Lisa Quirie will be responsible for export and import coordination for all global sales in a newly-created role, and will be working closely with the export sales team as they enter new foundry markets. The role will take into account differing legal implications of the import and export process to clients across the world, and will provide each client with a dedicated contact, creating a seamless experience and exceptional customer service.
The appointment follows our recent partnership announcement with Omega Foundry Machinery. As its exclusive UK partner, we will work with Omega Foundry Machinery on expanding its imports into new markets within the UK with greensand to coreshop reclamation equipment.
Adam Bennett, Sales Director, added: “With our growing sales, and evolving needs of our customers, creating this role was essential to our team and our customers. Lisa will provide our customers with a familiar point of contact for each order and will be working across all the teams at John Winter to create a smooth process for our customers from when an order is placed until it arrives at their door.”
