Parting Fluid 875

For use in all types of Greensand moulding. Although mainly used for high production moulding machines (Disa, Kunkel Wagner etc), can also be used in jobbing foundries.

Parting Fluid 806 / 820

A water based silicone emulsion for use in Hot Box and Shell processes.
Can be diluted up to 40:1 with water, dependant on application.

Parting Powder

A general mould / pattern release used mainly in greensand moulding.

Plumbago

A graphite powder for pattern and core box surfaces.

No Bake Pattern Release Agents

• JW Parting Agent - Wax release in solvent
• Releasal - Aluminium powder in a solvent
• Trigel HD - Thicker grade for mixer blades

Aerosol Release Agents

Unisil (500ml)

A non-flammable silicone spray for high temperature release applications (eg shell, hot box)

Demotex A (500ml)

A silicone spray for low temperature release applications (eg cold box cores)

Formula 6/2 (400ml)

A silicone spray for core box and pattern release.
