Flux Products

Ecoflux 151

A low fluoride low melting point refining and cleansing flux which absorbs oxides and other impurities. Suitable for melting swarf, furnings and other dirty scrap.

May also be used as a washdown flux to remove oxide build-up on furnace linings and crucibles.

Ecoflux 152

A fluoride free version of the Ecoflux 151.

Demagger B

A magnesium removing Coverflux to remove excess magnesium from the melt.

EXF 335

A sodium and fluoride free low melting point refining and cleansing flux. An effective calcium remover, so may be used on alloys which are intolerant of calcium (eg phosphorous refined alloys).

Ceramic fibre cones for furnace hole tapping. Most sizes available, all sizes are possible.
