SHERAPOLAN

Polyurethane based model resin.
This resin is suitable for producing precision models, for the entire precious metal, inlay/onlay and implant technique as well as for reproducing preparations with a shoulder and 3/4 crown preparations. Ideal also for casting thin undercut dies and show models.

1 set consists of: 300g component A, 150g component B, 10 mixing cups, 1 Spatula and 30ml of separator.

SHERAHARD ROCK

A die stone for precision models suitable for implants, master models, dental arches, single dies and static models. It is ideally suited for CAD/CAM techniques applicable to several systems available on the market. Shera Hard Rock has excellent thixotropic characteristics and flows easily into tooth preparations to give bubble free- and precise models. Shera Hard Rock has excellent tensile strength to facilitate easy removal from the mould without fracturing. At the same time the model can be trimmed, drilled or sawn and is proven to be splinter free.

The most striking feature is the thixotropic behaviour despite out standing flow characteristics and the clear colours. SHERA MAXIMUM 2000 is easy to process in spite of it’s exceptional hardness.

Liquid super hard stone for basing arches in combination with base formers. When mixing this stone it obtains a very runny, homogenous consistency so that bases can be poured without using vibration. Very dense, bubble free bases are cast easily. Due to the low expansion there is no occurrence of tension in the model. The colour range includes unusually rich colours which allows for a unique presentation of your work.

SHERADOWEL PINS

All Shera dowel pins are manufactured to exacting dimensions from high quality brass.
Style 942103 is a plain dowel pin for use with pindex type machines, it measures only 17mm in length, allowing neat, shallow bases to be employed.
Style 942104 is a ‘swordfish’ style pin in so much as it has a spike attached for use directly with impressions, it’s total length including spike is 28.5mm. Both types are packed in boxes of 1000.

Produce perfect gingival prosthesis with SHERAGINGIVAL. The silicone of SHERAGINGIVAL has excellent elastic qualities and is very tear resistant however is still easily trimmed. It is supplied in cartridge form with mixing tips and is used in conjunction with an extruder gun (supplied separately) making mixing clean and precise. Cures at room temperature, ready to trim after 20 minutes.

SHERACRYSTAL

SHERACRYSTAL is a transparent addition cure silicone which is ideally suited for use in conjunction with light curing materials. For example, whenever you need to prepare translucid side and overbites. It is supplied in 1:1 cartridge form with mixing tips and is used in conjunction with an extruder gun (supplied separately) making mixing clean and precise. Cures at room temperature, working time is around 11/2 minutes. After 4 minutes the material sets until reaching a shore hardness of 70.
