SHERAMUFFLE FORMERS (K&B)

Mould formers for the crown and bridge technique. These thick elastic mould formers allow the investment to expand freely - a prerequisite for an optimal fit of crown and bridge castings. The inside walls of these formers are ribbed, this imparts a surface on the mould which can more easily degas in the furnace and hence prevent cracking. Ideally suited when using rapid burn out.

SHERAMUFFLE RING LINER

Casting ring liner, asbestos free, 25 metres long. Extra thick and soft therefore it absorbs expansion well. Ceramic fibre which is resistant to very high temperatures. Contact with water or steam does not influence it’s physical or thermal characteristics.

Cold-curing, two paste, safety cartridge system for highly aesthetic temporary crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays. Structur 2 is based on composite technology to achieve a very high final strength (>200MPa) and long term colour stability.

Very good build up and modelling characteristics. Very low thermal contraction and a quick cooling time. SHERA MODELWAX burns out with no residue as it contains no resins. Available in Beige and Blue.

SHERAMASTER DE-BUBBLIZER

SHERAMASTER improves the flow characteristics of stones in silicone, polyether and persulphate impressions and prevents the formation of bubbles in crown and bridge investments around wax- ups. Does not contain alcohol or solvents and therefore does not attack the surfaces of the stones or plasters.
